Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it:

1. Check with neighbors or around your property.

2. Contact your local carrier office.

3. If still not found, reach out to us at hello@shoptallo.com and we’ll help file a claim or issue a replacement where appropriate.

We’re not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses entered by the customer.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@shoptallo.com with photos of the issue.
We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
